CLRI has invited Candidates for JRF & Project Assistant level II at CLRI.
Central Leather Research Institute, Chennai proposes to conduct a walk-in-interview for the following positions under in-house / sponsored projects, tenable at CLRI.

1.Name of the position & Nos: Junior Research Fellow (01) Or
Project Assistant Level-ll (01).
Qualifications: Essential for JRF: 5556 of marks and above in M.Sc
(Biotechnology / Microbiology / Environmental Technology) with CSIR UGC/NET Lectureship qualification. (Or)
Essential for Project Assistant Level-ll: 55% of marks and above in M.SC (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Environmental Technology)

Project Title: Bioremediotion of chromium using bacterial biofilm-GAP139
Stipend: Rs.12.000/-
Age: 28
    
The above stipend ore based on XI plan and CSIR revised guidelines and may vary as per the instructions of the funding agency
Note: Tenure of the Junior Research Fellow and Project Assistant will be strictly co-terminus with the duration of the Project. Relaxation of age is applicable for SC/ST-5 years; OBC-3 years, as per Rules.

Candidates (final semester students those who are awaiting for results are not eligible) possessing the above qualifications may attend the Walk-in-lnterview at, Triple Helix Auditorium, CLRI. scheduled for Monday, the 25'" May. 2009 10.00 a.m. They need not send their application In advance.
