Position: Senior Research Associate – Bioanlytical

    * Perform bioanalytical method development and validation for the quantification of molecules/ metabolites and biologics like protein, carbohydrate, peptides. Sound practical knowledge of LCMSMS
    * Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation systems.
    * Raw Data collection, sample storage/ analysis /documentation of the results. Assist in In-vivo pharmacokinetics study.
    * Handling of projects in invitro ADME assays, execution with various analytical techniques.
    * Write SOPs as per need and adhere to current SOPs.
    * Perform additional related duties as assigned by Superior

Position: Senior Research Associate – Protein purification

Responsible for FPLC protein purification process development. Buffer preparation.

Experience and qualifications:
 
    * Understanding of Process Scale up from mg to gm.
    * Column packing and qualification.
    *  Experience with operating and troubleshooting FPLC equipment.
    * Performing and optimizing concentration and dialysis operations using tangential flow filtration.
    * Understanding of the possible effects of different conditions on proteins.
    * Understanding and applying knowledge of flow rate, pressure limitations, residence time and binding methods during purification scheme development.
    * Experience in refolding will be an added advantage
      
Education:
MSc/MTech from a reputed institute or university with two years of relevant experience in industry is desired.

    * Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write clearly and succinctly for publication
    * Ability to organise own work with minimal supervision
    * Ability to prioritise own work in response to deadline

    * Commitment to maintaining and enhancing facilities and training others in their use
    * Discipline and regard for confidentiality and security at all times
