Medicinal Plant research vacancy at Jamia hamdard | Apply Via Email
Applications on plain paper are invited for purely project-based appointment of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a CCRUM sponsored project entitled “Multiplication and Upgradation of Some Prioritized Medicinal Plants Used in Unani System of Medicine” to conduct basic research on pre and post harvest physiology of medicinal herb with special reference to phytochemical concentration. Initially, the fellowship will be for one year extendable up to three years or till the completion of the project subject satisfactory report.
The research project is based on growing medicinal crops in Herbal Garden/Polyhouse. The project will involve a combination of field work and lab based physiological and phytochemical studies.
JRF: Candidates having M.Sc. in Botany, Plant Science, Life Science, Bioscience or related fields are eligible to apply.
Salary: Rs. 12000/= p.m. + HRA
