Job Description
Enter into the booming field of clinical research ,assisting senior CRA and coordinator on both small and large scale projects in various SMOs/investigative sites/CROs.

Clinical research is the major boom in the Pharma industry. And in a few years many clinical researchers are required in the industry. However the industry would require CRAs with 1-2 yrs experience as a minimum requirement. Certified candidates always find themselves in a catch-22 situation.

You need experience to get hired and yet how do you acquire the experience without being hired. Taking this situation in mind they have come up with a 6 months stipend based training program which provides experience from day I onsite and merging the candidates directly into job depending on the performance of the candidate in their training)at SMO/Investigative site/CRO
Study material, laptop with internet data card and handsome stipend is a bonus to the candidates.
