Life Science candidates can work in the Biological Chemistry Department @ IACS, Kolkata

A walk-in interview will be held on 21st April, 2010 at 11.30 AM to recruit one Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Biological Chemistry, IACS in a DST-sponsored project entitled “Centre for Nanotechnology for Photovoltaics and Sensor devices” under Professor Manju Ray.

Position: Senior Research Fellow
Qualification: Must be 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry or any branch of Life Science, with at least two years research experience in the field of biological chemistry/Biochemistry.
Desirable: Publication in peer-reviewed journal
Emolument: Rs. 14000/= per month + admissible allowances as per IACS rules.

Interested candidates are requested to appear in the interview along with application in plain paper, one passport size photograph and other relevant documents.
Tenure of the fellowship is for one year at present, but may be extended on the basis of satisfactory performance.
