International Conference on Pathogenic Microbes at IMTECH,Chandigarh | Sumbit E-Abstracts

As a part of Jubilee celebrations commemorating 25 years of establishment, The Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh is organizing an International Conference on “Understanding and Managing Pathogenic Microbes (UMPM 2010)”. The conference will cover a wide range of topics on basic and applied aspects of pathogenic microbes and will provide a platform to bring together eminent scientists/scholars from different parts of the world for intense scientific interactions.

Researchers are invited to submit abstracts at UMPM 2010 on the streams listed below:

• Emerging pathogens
• Neglected pathogens
• Understanding pathogens and pathogenesis
• Host-pathogen interactions
• Managing threat of pathogens

Submission deadline: October 31, 2009
Mode of submission: Online
Please Note:
Registration is essential to submit the abstract (last date for registration: October 15, 2009).
Depending on merit of the abstract, few presenting authors will be offered travel support up to INR 5000 per candidate.
Few abstracts from students will be selected for short platform presentation.
Please register early, especially if you need accommodation.

Indian: Students: Rs.3000/- , Faculty: Rs.4000/-
Foreign: Students: 150 USD , Faculty: 300 USD
