Companies involved in stem cell research

Several companies in India and abroad are involved in stem cell research, stem cell research is in embryonic stage in India but many research projects are under vein in India on stem cells, but in aboard many institutes are working on stem cells some of the companies which are under stem cells research are:

1.University of Wisconsin's stem cell & regenerative medicine center-Madison

2. Centre for cellular and molecular biology (CCMB) Hyderabad India: In CCMB Dr C. M. Habibullah, a liver specialist has done considerable work using foetal stem cells.

3. Stem Cell Research Forum of India (SCRFI) is a society for stem Cell Research. principle of this society is to bring mutually those from the field of biological and medical sciences who have a common awareness in the field of stem cell research and to promote scientific research in stem cell biology, to get better scientific sympathetic in this field, and to distribute and apply this knowledge to the advantage of mankind.
